Osborne Construction appointed Cycle-Works to handle the cycle storage requirements when they were awarded the £40 million Regents House reconstruction project contract.

The extensive project involved the refurbishment of office accommodation over six floors, four ground floor retail units and 24 private residential apartments.

This is part of London’s broader retail regeneration strategy for Edgeware Road, which The Portland Estate will manage. Due to the varied use of the building, there was a requirement for a range of high quality, secure cycle storage solutions to suit both workers and residents.

This extensive installation included:

Josta 2-Tier cycle racks with gas-assisted lifting, designed to hold 220 bikes.

Josta wall racks

ATEPAA Clothing lockers for cyclists to store their accessories with digital access

Wheeling ramps for easy access to the basement cycle parking area.

Bike service station for minor repairs cyclists may need to make.
